BAY MINETTE, Ala. (WALA) - A Mobile Police homicide detective charged with child sex abuse in Baldwin County appeared in court for a preliminary hearing Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Jacob Clifford has been out of jail on half a million dollars bond since December 19th.
